JOSH BURGER
Gagandeep is the founder of Hello Excellence Consulting. He is an organizational psychologist, a behavioral trainer, and an elite performance coach. His credentials include a masters in performance psychology, an MBA in HR, a bachelors in engineering, and a decade of corporate work experience with fortune 500 companies. He is an engineer + HR + psychologist! And that’s what you’d get in his sessions - a holistic perspective on human performance that combines business insights, HR knowledge, technology based learning tools and cutting edge psychological techniques adopted from international athletes. Having studied and worked in both the US and India, he brings a unique cultural perspective to human behavior. He has assisted clients across all six continents including business corporations, athletes, and students. His purpose is to enable organizations to boost employee productivity through improved mental health and well-being.
Josh specializes in teaching Sport Psychology skills that are applicable to all types of athletes and performers. Josh was an all-conference tennis player and attended California State University, Long Beach where he received his Master's Degree in Sport Psychology while researching mental toughness in college sports. Josh is also USPTA and PTR-Certified tennis coach who has coached at the International Tennis Hall of Fame and at the Division 1 level as the Assistant Men's and Women's Tennis Coach at Sacred Heart University. Throughout Josh’s career as a competitive tennis player and coach he has realized the importance of the mental side of sports. Through his Sport Psychology education and mental skills training he has helped a wide range of individuals and teams perform at higher levels and find more fulfilment in their life.

Radhika Dahiya is an organizational psychologist at Hello Excellence, dedicated to revolutionizing mental health awareness. Her personal journey inspired her to empower others to improve their mental wellness. A graduate with a Master’s in Psychology from Banaras Hindu University, she excels in both academics and real-world experience.
In addition to her role at Hello Excellence, Radhika is a Team Executive at PsyConnect and has also completed a certificate program in Human Resource Management from IIT Delhi, further enhancing her expertise in organizational dynamics and employee well-being. She is passionate about creating supportive and thriving work environments and is a sought-after speaker on mental health and organizational behavior.
